Spectators: 7096 (Terracing: 5395, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 48) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hermengildo Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Ibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Machis del Neuquén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Musko to maneuver through the defense. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Honorato Musko in the 40th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Isaac Mancio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Machis del Neuquén's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Mancio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time.
