In the 3rd minute of the match, Jimeno Katia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hermengildo Kelemen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hermengildo Kelemen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Porfirio, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Machis del Neuquén's Hermengildo Kelemen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Machis del Neuquén from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Alcázar FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Antonio Bihar hit a great ball. Machis del Neuquén's Honorato Musko got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Alcázar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Bernad came free, but Arsenio Sustrai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Isaac Mancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Efraim during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jacinto Efraim hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Aquiles Porfirio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alcázar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Machis del Neuquén the free kick. The supporters of Machis del Neuquén booed when Alcázar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes Antonio Bihar rounded Machis del Neuquén's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 28th match minute, Machis del Neuquén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Musko to maneuver through the defense. Victorino Etxahun, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Hermengildo Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorato Musko hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Machis del Neuquén's Javier Bernad got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute of the match, Aquiles Porfirio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hermengildo Kelemen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arsenio Sustrai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Bernad in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Javier Bernad made the kick off in the second half. Hermengildo Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Machis del Neuquén's Hermengildo Kelemen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Katia in the 55th minute of play. Hermengildo Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Efraim in the 59th minute of play forced Machis del Neuquén's goalkeeper Hermengildo Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Antonio Bihar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Kelemen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Machis del Neuquén defense, Aquiles Porfirio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermengildo Kelemen. The Machis del Neuquén fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermengildo Kelemen should have stopped the shot. Machis del Neuquén's Hermengildo Kelemen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Porfirio in the 70th minute of play. Javier Bernad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 76 in the game by Javier Bernad from a close distance when the talented Arsenio Sustrai managed to make a qualified save. Alcázar FC's players were relieved. In the 80th minute, Christian Giraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Bernad got free with Arsenio Sustrai in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Arsenio Sustrai managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Machis del Neuquén's Javier Bernad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 93 minutes into the match, Machis del Neuquén's Javier Bernad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Sustrai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Javier Bernad came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Machis del Neuquén fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Bernad couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Machis del Neuquén players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alcázar FC.
