Ovidio Quinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Aldo Honrio made a huge save. Hipolito Gonzales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Juventus FC's Eliseo Gomez got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Norberto Argi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Los Gauchos de Boedo booed when Juventus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Gomez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Gartzen came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Gauchos de Boedo's Norberto Argi. But to his dismay, Norberto Argi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 34 minutes into the match, Ovidio Quinto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aldo Honrio. Los Gauchos de Boedo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidio Quinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After having played for 38 minutes, Hipolito Gonzales managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Gonzales was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabio Gartzen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Rayman went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Argi came free, but Fabio Gartzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hipolito Gonzales stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Hipolito Gonzales came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Juventus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Gonzales couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute Ovidio Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Honrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Emesto scored 4-2 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Honrio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Nereo Belo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Argi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Juventus FC's Fabio Gartzen got control of the ball when Narciso Rayman tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Norberto Argi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Enrique Mouricio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Juventus FC had won after a very even match.
