After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Placido Lehen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Ibañez took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Bras. Maximino Bras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Maximino Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Ibañez in the 67th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Oberá FC's Justino Pio threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Angelo Theobald, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Angelo Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Pio having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Ciro Ibañez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Bras was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Clemente Cisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Bras having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Ciro Ibañez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Bras. Oberá FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Ibañez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 91st match minute, Oberá FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Bortzaioriz to maneuver through the defense. Maximino Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clemente Cisco in the 92nd minute of play. When Severino Calvet fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored vampiros negros FC's protests and gave Severino Calvet a yellow card for diving instead. Severino Calvet hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. vampiros negros FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
