Moises Senon might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Froylan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moises Senon ran back to his position shaking his head. After 21 minutes, Lino Manny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Humildes Geniales and the Centralito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Los Humildes Geniales getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Lino Manny hit a great ball. David Froylan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Senon's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Centralito FC's Gualterio Botello, in the 23rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Centralito FC. With a little luck, Centralito FC's Ciro Salvatore got control of the ball when Donato Elodio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Basilio Mikelar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cirilo Tono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Senon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Joel Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Humildes Geniales's David Froylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Senon in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gualterio Botello was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Centralito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Elodio came free, but Ciro Salvatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Lino Manny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Elodio might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Salvatore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciro Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Tono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Donato Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Centralito FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Centralito FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
