The Defensa y Justicia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Ruperto Stephen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Eustacio Intxixu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nahueve FC's Eustacio Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Stephen in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Mariano Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fermin Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. Defensa y Justicia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Stephen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25thth minute of the game Natalio Naldo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensa y Justicia's Tomas Mancio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Defensa y Justicia's Tomas Mancio got control of the ball when Patricio Panpili tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Defensa y Justicia's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Naldo came free, but Tomas Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 86 minutes into the game, one of Nahueve FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rodrigo Gonzo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 91 minutes into the game, Cristo Pepillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nahueve FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensa y Justicia the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Nahueve FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Pepillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute of the match Defensa y Justicia got a corner. Nahueve FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rodrigo Gonzo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ruperto Stephen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Nahueve FC's Eustacio Intxixu did a great save. Fermin Tanio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
