Spectators: 7239 (Terracing: 5431, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ruperto Domeka started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Mercedes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Francisco Jerrald fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fabio Inautzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Lázaro Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Rius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Chale, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute Fabio Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Ruperto Domeka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GENERAL CHALA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Domeka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ruperto Domeka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francisco Jerrald might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Chepe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Jerrald ran back to his position shaking his head. 21 minutes into the match, GENERAL CHALA's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Chale came free, but Lázaro Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Fabio Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Chale spun around in front of the goal 27 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of GENERAL CHALA's goal. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind GENERAL CHALA's goalkeeper Lázaro Rius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Mercedes's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Domeka came free, but Emanuel Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Emanuel Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Rius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Chale in the 37th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Mercedes's Lisandro Chale made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lázaro Rius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisco Jerrald struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Emanuel Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GENERAL CHALA. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lisandro Chale to make the kick off. Mercedes's Emanuel Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Domeka in the 53rd minute of play. Lisandro Valery charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Valery the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of GENERAL CHALA booed when Mercedes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Valery didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Tadeo Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GENERAL CHALA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Ramond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeo Ramond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Chepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Jerrald in the 67th minute of play. After 68 minutes, Ildefonso Iraido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GENERAL CHALA and the Mercedes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ildefonso Iraido hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Francisco Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Domeka in the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Chale in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lázaro Rius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lázaro Rius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Inautzi in the 84th minute. Francisco Jerrald struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Emanuel Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GENERAL CHALA. 87 minutes into the match, Mercedes's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Domeka came free, but Emanuel Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Chale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lisandro Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Rius having to interfere. The Mercedes players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
