Fabricio Olivar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Ferran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cleto Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of ACERTIJO MJL booed when Atlético Grüttly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Harkaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Grüttly's Cleto Orixe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Grüttly from getting a goal against them. A collision led to ACERTIJO MJL getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Teo Patrido hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Atlético Grüttly's Fabricio Olivar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Harri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ACERTIJO MJL's Teo Odol got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fabricio Olivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Teo Odol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 47th match minute, Atlético Grüttly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Abar to maneuver through the defense. Celso Galeno was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Placido Lehoi made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Placido Lehoi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Harri saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Fabricio Olivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Orixe came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by ACERTIJO MJL's Faustino Ferran. But to his dismay, Faustino Ferran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bruno Harri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Lehoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes ACERTIJO MJL got a freekick which was hit by Celso Galeno. Bruno Harri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Abar in the 68th minute of play. Adan Lizer kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Atlético Grüttly's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Ferran came free, but Cleto Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Rafael Rojelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The ACERTIJO MJL supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atlético Grüttly's performance. The match ended with a win for Atlético Grüttly.
