In the 11th minute Claudio Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Irrintzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Criston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Buinton, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Herminio Criston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Buinton in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Sportia FC's Jose Quinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 36th minute, Watt AFC's Dito Marques ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Irrintzi. Bruno Irrintzi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Buinton during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Watt AFC booed when Sportia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Buinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremias Orlo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute of the match, Dito Marques got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bruno Irrintzi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Dito Marques kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Irrintzi. That made the score 5-1 in the 48 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Rolado made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Watt AFC's Dito Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sportia FC were furious when Celedonio Heriberto was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Sportia FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Watt AFC:s goal. In the 63rdth minute of the game Claudio Ayala who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportia FC's Bruno Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Dito Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Irrintzi was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. If Paulo Xabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportia FC's Bruno Irrintzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Senin in the 75th minute of play. The Watt AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Bruno Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Xabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Jose Quinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Watt AFC the free kick. Dito Marques scored 9-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Irrintzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Irrintzi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Xabel went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-1 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Watt AFC were the better team. Watt AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
