Spectators: 7354 (Terracing: 5516, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dito Marques got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Estudiantes de La Plata's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Blas Marino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 2-0 became the score in the 8th minute when Dito Marques elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Felix Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Watt AFC's Felix Neto threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulo Xabel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dito Marquess short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Felix Neto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 25 in the game by Dito Marques from a close distance when the talented Felix Neto managed to make a qualified save. Estudiantes de La Plata's players were relieved. In the 27th minute, Dito Marques reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Felix Neto. The goal made the score 4-0. Felix Neto came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Watt AFC's Claudio Ayala. But to his dismay, Claudio Ayala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Matthew Morrison blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Neto having to make a save. When Claudio Ayala came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Watt AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Ayala couldn't finish the play. Estudiantes de La Plata's Felix Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Ayala in the 39th minute of play. Felix Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Ayala in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de La Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Dito Marques came free, but Felix Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Neto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dito Marques in the 44th minute.

Felix Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Marino in the 54th minute of play. Paulo Xabel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Herminio Criston came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Estudiantes de La Plata's Javier Garin. But to his dismay, Javier Garin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. The supporters of Estudiantes de La Plata booed when Watt AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Senin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute Claudio Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de La Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Dito Marques came free, but Felix Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Claudio Ayala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Neto was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Felix Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dito Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Xabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Neto having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de La Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Xabel came free, but Felix Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes, Prudencio Luzea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estudiantes de La Plata and the Watt AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de La Plata's Prudencio Luzea got a free kick in the 80th minute.
