Epifanio Gerazan came out of the goal and Delmar Micael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Simon Benino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC millenium's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Benino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Epifanio Gerazan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Benino went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the match, Argentino AS's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Poncio came free, but Epifanio Gerazan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Epifanio Gerazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Benino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC millenium's goalkeeper Edgardo Suarez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AC millenium were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Argentino AS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Moises Izotz took the corner. When Casimiro Poncio came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the AC millenium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Poncio couldn't finish the play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casimiro Poncio to make the kick off. Simon Benino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Argentino AS getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Gonzalo Cordaro hit a great ball. Claudio Evangelista kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, AC millenium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Benino to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Argentino AS's goalkeeper Epifanio Gerazan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Benino. Nicolas Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Suarez having to interfere. In the 76th minute Generoso Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Shantala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Edgardo Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Generoso Shantala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Suarez was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Gonzalo Cordaro kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Casimiro Poncio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Argentino AS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. AC millenium were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
