Filomeno Garcia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nunez Eron. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prospero Ralondo during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Los Sauces FC booed when C A MADERENSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Ralondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Unax struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Filomeno Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Sauces FC. 28 minutes into the match, C A MADERENSE's goalkeeper Filomeno Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pablo Unax. Felipe Sol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Filomeno Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Los Sauces FC's Julio Martinez got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Atilano Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C A MADERENSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilano Gorbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Pablo Unax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Felipe Sol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in C A MADERENSE's zone, Pablo Unax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Garcia came out of the goal and Pablo Unax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filomeno Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Sol's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Filomeno Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Felipe Sol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Garcia was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Sol in the 74th minute of play forced C A MADERENSE's goalkeeper Filomeno Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes, Marco Garci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C A MADERENSE and the Los Sauces FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, C A MADERENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Garci to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 93 minutes, Pablo Unax managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Sauces FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Unax was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Felipe Sol notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of C A MADERENSE's Filomeno Garcia. Filomeno Garcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Los Sauces FC were the better team. Los Sauces FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
