VK fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonel Arano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Fabricio Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Rumaldo's late challenge caught a VK fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Rumaldo helped the player get up and apologised. Ariel Estevon was a little too slow when Fabian Claus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 3-0. With a little luck, VK fc's Ariel Estevon got control of the ball when Leonel Arano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the RODELFI F.C defense, Fabricio Osmundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anier Abilio. The RODELFI F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anier Abilio should have stopped the shot. Bartolo Criston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Fabricio Osmundo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VK fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. If Bartolo Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Osmundo in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anier Abilio saved RODELFI F.C from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabricio Osmundo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ariel Estevon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Claus in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Arano in the 64th minute of play forced VK fc's goalkeeper Ariel Estevon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Cristos during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for RODELFI F.C! After 75 played minutes, VK fc's Justino Ibar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anier Abilio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in VK fc reached it. After a rather tough play, VK fc's Santo Urtsua got a free kick in the 78th minute. A collision led to VK fc getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ulises Rosario hit a great ball. Fabian Claus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Estevon having to interfere. Fabricio Osmundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded VK fc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RODELFI F.C.
