Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remigio Txomin started the match with the kick off. Fulgencio Sesuldo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Tigre's Marcelino Iraido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Evis in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Nequen's goalkeeper Aquiles Gartxot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Resto. Jaime Evis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Evis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Nequen's Fulgencio Sesuldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelino Iraido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Remigio Txomin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigre's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigio Txomin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Gartxot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Nequen getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Fulgencio Sesuldo hit a great ball. If Remigio Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Nequen's Aquiles Gartxot got control of the ball when Elpidio Resto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigio Txomin struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Aquiles Gartxot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigre. After having played for 48 minutes, Remigio Txomin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remigio Txomin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Nequen getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Orlando Eron hit a great ball. With a little luck, Tigre's Marcelino Iraido got control of the ball when Horacio Figueroa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlando Eron hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Nequen's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Iraido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 68 minutes, Elpidio Resto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Resto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 69 played minutes Nequen got a freekick which was hit by Iker Felipillo. In the 78th minute, Nequen's Jaime Evis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcelino Iraido. Marcelino Iraido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Emanuel Pueblo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Horacio Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Iraido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Evis in the 92nd minute of play. Elpidio Resto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
