Prospero Garaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Baltasar Gorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Osmundo in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Abeita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Cholila's Armando Gartzea got a free kick in the 13th minute. Eugenio Abeita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Osmundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, C.A. Boca Juniors's Laureano Leoncio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugenio Abeita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugenio Abeita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Osmundo in the 22nd minute of play. Domingos Patxi's late challenge caught a C.A. Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Patxi helped the player get up and apologised. Domingos Patxi hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Andres Osmundo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the C.A. Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Osmundo couldn't finish the play. If Natalio Senin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Azibar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Baltasar Gorri made a huge save. Prospero Garaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Baltasar Gorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victorio Azibar charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Azibar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Prospero Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Senin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Abeita having to make a save. In the 47th minute, Andres Osmundo made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Abeita. Cholila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Cholila players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A. Boca Juniors were winning 0-1.
In the 62nd match minute, C.A. Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Isadore to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Cholila's Nicanor Toribio tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Natalio Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Eugenio Abeita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Andres Osmundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Boca Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Osmundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Abeita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natalio Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Baltasar Gorri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prospero Garaona went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. C.A. Boca Juniors's Andres Osmundo got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of C.A. Boca Juniors booed when Cholila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Patxi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natalio Senin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Abeita having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, C.A. Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Garaona came free, but Baltasar Gorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Victorio Azibar came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Cholila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio Azibar couldn't finish the play. Victorio Azibar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prospero Garaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Gorri having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
