After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Edelmiro Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Robles's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Gelacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Tab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benigno Bembe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Tab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Edelmiro Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Robles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Gelacio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damaso Tipi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Edelmiro Gelacio came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Robles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edelmiro Gelacio couldn't finish the play. Faustino Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Tipi in the 21st minute of the match. Reynaldo Gimenez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faustino Ferran having to make a save. Damaso Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Ferran having to interfere. Robles's Faustino Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Gimenez in the 29th minute of play. Benigno Bembe came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Igor Tab could save by the left post. If Benigno Bembe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Damaso Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Robles's Marcelo Ekain got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damaso Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Ferran having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Anfibio FC's zone, Benigno Bembe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Tab came out of the goal and Benigno Bembe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Freddy Rudolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Edelmiro Gelacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Igor Tab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Gimenez's late challenge caught a Robles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reynaldo Gimenez helped the player get up and apologised. Edelmiro Gelacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Igor Tab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Chucho's late challenge caught a Anfibio FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efrain Chucho helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Robles getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Efrain Chucho hit a great ball. When Domingos Nicholas fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Robles's protests and gave Domingos Nicholas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Anfibio FC booed when Robles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Nicholas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Benigno Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Robles's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Bembe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Tab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Tab had in the 92ndth minute some difficulties stopping Timoteo Rocendo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Benigno Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Tab having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Gelacio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Anfibio FC's Igor Tab. Igor Tab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
