Cleto Diagur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diego Lixandro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rafael Guilabertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Ortzi having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Diego Lixandro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, CA RIVER PLATE's Isaac Quintyn got a free kick in the 25th minute. Gogo Ubelteso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Leopoldo Madaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Ubelteso took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Madaleno. Leopoldo Madaleno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leopoldo Madaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Berdaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Caranchos de Adrogue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Ubelteso came free, but Leopoldo Madaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Benedicto Berdaitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leopoldo Madaleno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Caranchos de Adrogue FC's Leopoldo Madaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Lixandro in the 44th minute of play. When Isaac Quintyn came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the CA RIVER PLATE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Quintyn couldn't finish the play. After 46 played minutes Caranchos de Adrogue FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Jon. Caranchos de Adrogue FC's Leopoldo Madaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Berdaitz in the 50th minute of play. The Caranchos de Adrogue FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CA RIVER PLATE were winning 0-2.

In the 54th minute, Diego Lixandro made a precise shot to the right of Leopoldo Madaleno. Caranchos de Adrogue FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When Cleto Diagur fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caranchos de Adrogue FC's protests and gave Cleto Diagur a yellow card for diving instead. After 58 minutes of play, CA RIVER PLATE's Diego Lixandro made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Madaleno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulino Ortzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Gutxi, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Diego Lixandros short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Leopoldo Madaleno to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 76 minutes of play, Caranchos de Adrogue FC's Aaron Gutxi made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulino Ortzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leopoldo Madaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Berdaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Dolcet during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Caranchos de Adrogue FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gogo Ubelteso 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-9. If Isaac Quintyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
