One of Explosivo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Almagro FC:s goal. Danilo Formerio made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 10thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Carolo Gasteiz would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Danilo Formerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Almagro FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. David Tximitx hit a great ball. Venancio Gumaro struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Aureliano Fernado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Explosivo FC. Aureliano Fernado came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Explosivo FC's Venancio Gumaro. But to his dismay, Venancio Gumaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Ipar in the 24th minute of play forced Explosivo FC's goalkeeper Carolo Gasteiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Ricardo Ipar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carolo Gasteiz. Ricardo Ipar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Carolo Gasteiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Ipar in the 33rd minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Everardo Virila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Explosivo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Virila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Derwin made a kick off. If Mario Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Almagro FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Fernado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Tximitx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Gasteiz having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Luciano Endira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Explosivo FC's Mario Derwin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. David Tximitx hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Venancio Gumaro hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Venancio Gumaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Almagro FC's zone, Emanuel Quexal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Fernado came out of the goal and Emanuel Quexal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Derwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Gasteiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Formerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Explosivo FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Almagro FC to leave the ground with a draw.
