Córdoba Azulgrana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Kaxen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind BLU FLAME FC's goalkeeper Florencio Senio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Melquiades Calixto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Cugat in the 80th minute of the match. Arnoldo Kaxen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 88th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arnoldo Kaxen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Senio having to interfere.
