In the 7th minute, Arnoldo Kaxen made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Luix. Zucundum FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Melquiades Calixto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruperto Manni's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Diego Francho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angel Illart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Leonides Luix made a huge save. After having played for 17 minutes, Ruperto Manni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zucundum FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Manni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Córdoba Azulgrana's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Manni came free, but Melquiades Calixto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Txaran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ruperto Manni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Calixto was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Córdoba Azulgrana's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Manni came free, but Melquiades Calixto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Kaxen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonides Luix came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnoldo Kaxen slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 33rd minute. When Zucundum FC's Leo Txaran in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Córdoba Azulgrana's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 39 minutes, Ruperto Manni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zucundum FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Manni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horacio Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruperto Manni in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melquiades Calixto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ceferino Chale charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Chale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Córdoba Azulgrana getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ceferino Chale hit a great ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Ruperto Manni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Córdoba Azulgrana's Melquiades Calixto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Kaxen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diego Francho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceferino Chale hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Leo Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes Córdoba Azulgrana got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Chale. Leo Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Melquiades Calixto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zucundum FC's Horacio Liher got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruperto Manni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Melquiades Calixto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Melquiades Calixto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruperto Manni's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Melquiades Calixto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Txaran in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Melquiades Calixto managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Zucundum FC's Ruperto Manni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Zucundum FC's zone, Angel Illart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Luix came out of the goal and Angel Illart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the match, Zucundum FC's Ruperto Manni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Calixto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Ler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Luix having to interfere. Melquiades Calixto was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Honorato Marko. Many of Zucundum FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Zucundum FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Córdoba Azulgrana were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
