Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vicente Muno started the match with the kick off. After 7 minutes, Moises Michael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LIBERTY and the poncho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Faustino Itzaina placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Marciano Domeka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Francisco Truylos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 17 minutes, Isaias Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LIBERTY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaias Sayvion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Domeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Francisco Truylos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Gudesteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Muno in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Vicente Muno notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of LIBERTY's Hector Gudesteo. Hector Gudesteo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Vicente Muno managed to get in a good position for a shot. poncho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Muno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Gudesteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Isaias Sayvion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Isaias Sayvion fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the LIBERTY defense, Cristo Guifre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Gudesteo. The LIBERTY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Gudesteo should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaias Sayvion to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, LIBERTY's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vicente Muno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Isaias Sayvion put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Francisco Truylos. Marciano Domeka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Truylos having to interfere. Vicente Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Hector Gudesteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched poncho FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
