Spectators: 7218 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonatan Esdras started the match with the kick off. Saavedra's Anacleto Deunoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Esdras in the 4th minute of play. Prospero Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ezequiel Paez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Mino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anacleto Deunoro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Gilberto Mino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espartanos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Mino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Gavino Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saavedra's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Firme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Paez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Prospero Frederico might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Paez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prospero Frederico ran back to his position shaking his head. Prospero Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ezequiel Paez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Saavedra's zone, Gilberto Mino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Deunoro came out of the goal and Gilberto Mino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Elpidio Ugutz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espartanos's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Ugutz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Deunoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Firme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Paez having to interfere. Prospero Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ezequiel Paez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Ugutz during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes Espartanos got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Ugutz. Anacleto Deunoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Esdras in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Saavedra's zone, Jonatan Esdras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Deunoro came out of the goal and Jonatan Esdras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saavedra's Anacleto Deunoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Mino in the 78th minute of play. Anacleto Deunoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Gilberto Mino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Ariel Gimenez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Urtungo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Anacleto Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Mino in the 93rd minute of the match. Gilberto Mino took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anacleto Deunoro. Anacleto Deunoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
