Marcial Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Frederico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Prospero Frederico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Mundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes Saavedra got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Urtungo. When Domingo Elia fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA LOMA's protests and gave Domingo Elia a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, LA LOMA's Domingo Elia got a free kick in the 37th minute. Anacleto Deunoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Mundo in the 40th minute of the match. Anacleto Deunoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Mundo in the 43rd minute of play. The LA LOMA fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when LA LOMA's Virgilio Mundo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. LA LOMA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
