El Gran Chaná's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alianza Boquense the free kick. In the 21st minute, one of El Gran Chaná:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Gran Chaná. In the 33rdth minute of the game Valentin Basajaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Gran Chaná's Ciro Abar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Valentin Basajaun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alianza Boquense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Hilario Bertran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Alianza Boquense's zone, Federico Pagomari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Ceandro came out of the goal and Federico Pagomari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute Valentin Basajaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Hilario Bertran made the kick off in the second half. Ciro Abar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Basajaun's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 53rdth minute of the game Valentin Basajaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Gran Chaná's Ciro Abar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Valentin Basajaun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Abar was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Vladimiro Ceandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Pagomari, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Basajaun in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Abar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Abar made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Valentin Basajaun sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Alianza Boquense booed when El Gran Chaná was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Sotero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Primitivo Abilio's late challenge caught a Alianza Boquense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Abilio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, El Gran Chaná was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Abilio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Basajaun in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Abar saved El Gran Chaná from getting behind. Valentin Basajaun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Ciro Abar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 96thth minute of the game Valentin Basajaun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Gran Chaná's Ciro Abar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciro Abar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valentin Basajaun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 99 minute of play. When the match was over Alianza Boquense could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Gran Chaná throughout the match.
