Otumpa AFC's Nicanor Patrido was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Venancio Gines in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Coneta AFC's Baldomero Viator got a free kick in the 20th minute. A collision led to Coneta AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Godofredo Argoitz hit a great ball. Otumpa AFC's Aquiles Primo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Abaunza in the 30th minute of play. When Baldomero Viator was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. In the 32nd minute, Baldomero Viator hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquiles Primo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Abaunza in the 39th minute of the match. Herminio Giraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Gines having to interfere. Coneta AFC's Eloy Abaunza got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herminio Giraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Venancio Gines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dante Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, Coneta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Charro to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute of the match Nicanor Patrido sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Venancio Gines skillfully saved the ball. Godofredo Argoitz's late challenge caught a Otumpa AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Argoitz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th minute, Godofredo Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otumpa AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Coneta AFC for a fine match.
