In the 4th minute Rogelio Lobo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Nevada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A. Millonarios del Sur's Aquilino Nevada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Fidensio in the 17th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, SG-Automotores's Valentin Frances made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Nevada was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Bertol during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Jonathan Osoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, C.A. Millonarios del Sur's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Lobo came free, but Aquilino Nevada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 28 minutes, Valentin Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SG-Automotores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Frances was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31stth minute of the game Valentin Frances who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Millonarios del Sur's Aquilino Nevada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Gaudencio Osoitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Arixo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Aquilino Nevada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Frances in the 36th minute of the match. Silvio Arixo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaudencio Osoitz in the 41st minute. If Rogelio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardino Fidensio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Americo Gipuzkoa made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, C.A. Millonarios del Sur's goalkeeper Aquilino Nevada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Lobo. After some careless play in the C.A. Millonarios del Sur defense, Valentin Frances kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquilino Nevada. The C.A. Millonarios del Sur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquilino Nevada should have stopped the shot. Rogelio Lobo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 59th playminute. When Alberto Bertol was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, C.A. Millonarios del Sur's Alberto Bertol got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to C.A. Millonarios del Sur getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gaudencio Osoitz hit a great ball. Gaudencio Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Silvio Arixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Valentin Frances got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardino Fidensio took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquilino Nevada. Aquilino Nevada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Gaudencio Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Arixo having to interfere. Aquilino Nevada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogelio Lobo in the 84th minute. Gustavo Matxin charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Matxin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes SG-Automotores got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Matxin. When the match was over SG-Automotores could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.A. Millonarios del Sur throughout the match.
