In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quemapasto FC's goalkeeper Edinho Dantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Clemente Ponc recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edinho Dantas. Clemente Ponc showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Tobias Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 27 minutes, Fulgencio Viator managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quemapasto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Viator was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixto Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Maurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Fulgencio Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Fagundez FC's Bernardo Rudolfo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edinho Dantas. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Teodosio Rudolfo's late challenge caught a Quemapasto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Rudolfo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Fagundez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Rudolfo to maneuver through the defense. Tobias Sandaili's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Sixto Nofre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tobias Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sixto Nofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sixto Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Viator, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Tobias Sandaili could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Sixto Nofre made a huge save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Fagundez FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Quemapasto FC for much of the match.
