Urbano Tristan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mario Jardel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Fernandez Oro's goalkeeper Fulgencio Baumer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Club Fernandez Oro got a freekick which was hit by Angel Ostargi. Mario Jardel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 94th minute. ACF Cocciuto 1993's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Jardel in the 95th minute of play forced Club Fernandez Oro's goalkeeper Fulgencio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ACF Cocciuto 1993 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
