After some careless play in the Club Atlético Exetera´s defense, Godofredo Pirmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fermin Marino. The Club Atlético Exetera´s fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fermin Marino should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, SanLo's Eustacio Gipuzkoa got control of the ball when Leo Guter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Prudencio Maureo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fermin Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Peter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Prudencio Maureo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Club Atlético Exetera´s fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Maureo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of SanLo booed when Club Atlético Exetera´s was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Dabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Peter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Peter in the 38th minute of play forced Club Atlético Exetera´s's goalkeeper Fermin Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fermin Marino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo Pirmin went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the game, Leo Guter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eustacio Gipuzkoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Club Atlético Exetera´s players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SanLo were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Peter to make the kick off. Eustacio Gipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Maureo in the 56th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Denis Peter managed to get in a good position for a shot. SanLo's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Peter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Marino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godofredo Pirmin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Fermin Marino made a huge save. Leo Guter might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustacio Gipuzkoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Guter ran back to his position shaking his head. Godofredo Pirmin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. With an all-out effort, SanLo's Fermin Marino threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Denis Peter, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Denis Peter succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Eustacio Gipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Guter in the 99th minute of the match.
