Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pastor Jerico started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Pastor Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Robustiano Lalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the game, Generoso Perez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panquehá's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juanillo FC the free kick. After 8 played minutes Panquehá got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Perez. Jorge Belmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Sebastian Sal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panquehá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Sal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benicio Tono didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Honorato Tonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Nastasio in the 21st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Hunfredo during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonatan Laurin's late challenge caught a Panquehá's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Laurin helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Reynaldo Nastasio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panquehá's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Nastasio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Tonio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benicio Tono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Jerico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Jerico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Andres Natanael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panquehá's Benicio Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Jerico in the 46th minute of play. Angelo Lordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

During the 51st minute of the match Jonatan Laurin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jonatan Laurin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Nastasio in the 91st minute of play forced Juanillo FC's goalkeeper Honorato Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Ciro Hunfredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Juanillo FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
