Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emiliano Mendez started the match with the kick off. Marcelino Milio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Melchor Oliviero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruben Izotz during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo El Tala getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ruben Izotz hit a great ball. Melchor Oliviero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Segundo Abecia went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute, Marcelino Milio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hermengildo Martxot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Martin Caton managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Deportivo El Tala's Hermengildo Martxot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Abecia in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchor Oliviero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melchor Oliviero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Milio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Emiliano Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Caton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Mendez in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Caton saved Calilegua from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Milio to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Milio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Oliviero having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Segundo Abecia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calilegua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Segundo Abecia took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Oliviero. Melchor Oliviero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 66 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Martxot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Caton. Calilegua's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Martxot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Melchor Oliviero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Abecia in the 70th minute. After 73 played minutes Deportivo El Tala got a freekick which was hit by Leo Pere. In the 78thth minute of the game Marcelino Milio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo El Tala's Melchor Oliviero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Segundo Abecia struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Melchor Oliviero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calilegua. In the 85th minute, Segundo Abecia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melchor Oliviero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Milio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermengildo Martxot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchor Oliviero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Milio, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
