No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uriel Oliverios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 65th match minute, Los Olivos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Oliverios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Santana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Santo Santana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uriel Oliverios went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Oliverios in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santo Santana saved Los Sin Dientes from getting behind. When Sergio Abajas fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Sin Dientes's protests and gave Sergio Abajas a yellow card for diving instead. Santo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Oliverios in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Uriel Oliverios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santo Santana was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
