The referee showed Venancio Munio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Venancio Munio hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes Pampita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Colon. After 16 played minutes La Cobra got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Chabier. Tomás Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Cordaryal in the 18th minute of play forced La Cobra's goalkeeper Tomás Rivero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteban Beti took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Kaxen. David Kaxen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 29th minute, Esteban Beti fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of David Kaxen, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in La Cobra's zone, Nereo Arnalt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Rivero came out of the goal and Nereo Arnalt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute, Rene Orland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Kaxen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose Vasco in the 36th minute. Esteban Beti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Kaxen having to interfere. Albano Iraitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Kaxen having to interfere. Albano Iraitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. David Kaxen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of La Cobra booed when Pampita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Colon didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Cobra's Mauro Chabier got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Beti in the 57th minute of play forced Pampita AFC's goalkeeper David Kaxen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Cordaryal, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Beti in the 61st minute of play forced Pampita AFC's goalkeeper David Kaxen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on La Cobra's corner Abelardo Celipe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Kaxen quite easily take care of the ball. David Kaxen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Beti in the 66th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Esteban Beti sped through Pampita AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Kaxen. Pampita AFC's Ariel Cordaryal got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteban Beti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 86th minute, Rene Orland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Rivero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. There was no doubt that La Cobra were the better team. La Cobra's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
