In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marcelo Bielsa's goalkeeper Osvaldo Llope, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Nereo Arnalt notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Marcelo Bielsa's Osvaldo Llope. Osvaldo Llope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ariel Cordaryal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pampita AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Cordaryal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Llope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teo Unai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ariel Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Osvaldo Llope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Pampita AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Unai came free, but David Kaxen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Hustaz hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Cipriano Jerico's late challenge caught a Marcelo Bielsa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. One of Pampita AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Marcelo Bielsa:s goal. Ceferino Romo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Delmar Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Kaxen having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Delmar Jerold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but David Kaxen made a huge save. David Kaxen came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Marcelo Bielsa's Delmar Jerold. But to his dismay, Delmar Jerold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Pedro Felo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. David Kaxen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Unai in the 58th minute of play. If Ariel Cordaryal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Marcelo Bielsa's Alberto Porfirio got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute, Teo Unai fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of David Kaxen, passed just outside the right post. After 75 minutes, Patricio Urbes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pampita AFC and the Marcelo Bielsa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Pampita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Urbes. Teo Unai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Kaxen came out and tried to block the shot, but Teo Unai slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 76th minute. Delmar Jerold took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Kaxen. David Kaxen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The supporters of Marcelo Bielsa booed when Pampita AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Jerold in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Kaxen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Delmar Jerold who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of David Kaxen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Patricio Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Ceferino Romo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pampita AFC's David Kaxen didn't even have to move. With an all-out effort, Marcelo Bielsa's David Kaxen threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teo Unai, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcelo Bielsa's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
