When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Justino Saturnin put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anastasio Evarado. Manuel Goi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Teodor in the 6th minute of the match. 2-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Octavio Rayman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Justino Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Anastasio Evarado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Millonarios's Anastasio Evarado got control of the ball when Octavio Rayman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Millonarios's Anastasio Evarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Saturnin in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Inocencio Leoiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Goi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasio Evarado made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Pastor Rutenio sent off a good shot on target. Anastasio Evarado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Saturnin in the 20th minute of the match. Millonarios's Anastasio Evarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Saturnin in the 22nd minute of play. Justino Saturnin was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 26 minutes into the game, ChichoVermu's Octavio Rayman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anastasio Evarado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Millonarios's Cristian Teodor got a free kick in the 30th minute. Millonarios's Anastasio Evarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Norino in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, ChichoVermu's Venancio Benat made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anastasio Evarado was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Justino Saturnin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Millonarios's Anastasio Evarado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Millonarios from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the match, ChichoVermu's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Leoiar came free, but Manuel Goi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Saturnin in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Evarado saved Millonarios from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Anastasio Evarado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justino Saturnin's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Millonarios getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Felix Llorienzo hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, ChichoVermu's goalkeeper Manuel Goi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Leoiar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavio Rayman in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasio Evarado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute, Justino Saturnin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Octavio Rayman struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Anastasio Evarado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ChichoVermu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Rami in the 66th minute of play forced Millonarios's goalkeeper Anastasio Evarado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Leoiar hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. ChichoVermu's Benito Norino got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anastasio Evarado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Rayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The audience was convinced that Justino Saturnin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasio Evarado was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. If Mario Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Iyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Manuel Goi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Saturnin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Pastor Rutenio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inocencio Leoiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Manuel Goi made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of ChichoVermu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Millonarios:s goal. The goalkeeper, Manuel Goi, was totally fooled by Millonarios's Mauricio Nafarroa, who 95 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. ChichoVermu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
