Juancru FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Lorencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Gines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Juancru FC's Salvador Lorencio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Igor Gines. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ciro Orlandus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juancru FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Orlandus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Gines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Salvador Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Gines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Callejeros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Lorencio came free, but Igor Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Mincho to strike the kick off in the second half. Igor Gines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. There was no doubt that Juancru FC were the better team. Juancru FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
