Spectators: 5144 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 144) Teofilo Mendiko started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Dorrego's Teofilo Mendiko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristobal Sarracino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Guaberto Jakue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Mendiko in the 12th minute of play forced Viva Peron's goalkeeper Cristobal Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Mendiko took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristobal Sarracino. Cristobal Sarracino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Aristides Henry made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Leonardo Casado sent off a good shot on target. After 21 minutes of play, Dorrego's Guaberto Jakue made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristobal Sarracino was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 26 minutes, Guaberto Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorrego's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Jakue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 played minutes Viva Peron got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Bautista. Cristobal Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Mendiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristobal Sarracino came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Dorrego's Teofilo Mendiko. But to his dismay, Teofilo Mendiko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Dorrego's Guaberto Jakue in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Viva Peron's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilo Mendiko in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristobal Sarracino saved Viva Peron from getting behind. Teofilo Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

In the 54th minute, Dorrego's Teofilo Mendiko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Teofilo Mendiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guaberto Jakue struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Cristobal Sarracino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorrego. Dorrego's Teofilo Mendiko managed to work through Viva Peron's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Teofilo Mendiko dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Teofilo Mendiko struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Cristobal Sarracino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorrego. Guaberto Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victoriano Benitez scored 1-6 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristides Henry, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 76 minutes, Teofilo Mendiko made it 1-7 with a short kick to the right side. Viva Peron's Cristobal Sarracino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute Teofilo Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaberto Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Sarracino having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Teofilo Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliberto Ereinotz hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Aristides Henry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Casado in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st match minute, Viva Peron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Casado to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 96 minutes, Guaberto Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorrego's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Jakue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Dorrego could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Viva Peron throughout the match.
