The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Ereinotz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Dorrego getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Feliberto Ereinotz hit a great ball. The long shot by Amador Domingues in the 5th minute really tested Oscar Benat's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Dorrego booed when Anfama AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Peli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anfama AFC's Iker Harkaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Oscar Benat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saul Sidoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dorrego's Aristides Henry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Harkaitz in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Sidoro in the 30th minute of play forced Dorrego's goalkeeper Aristides Henry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd of the match, Teofilo Mendiko tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Oscar Benat got in the way and made a wonderful save. With a little luck, Anfama AFC's Oscar Benat got control of the ball when Guaberto Jakue tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artemio Petrigai hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Oscar Benat made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Guaberto Jakue sent off a good shot on target. If Teofilo Mendiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes, Artemio Petrigai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anfama AFC and the Dorrego players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 37 played minutes Anfama AFC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Petrigai. Teofilo Mendiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Benat having to interfere. Teofilo Mendiko struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Oscar Benat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorrego. After a rather tough play, Anfama AFC's Eusebio Quinten got a free kick in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Jakue got free with Oscar Benat in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anfama AFC's Artemio Petrigai got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Artemio Petrigai off the ground. The supporters of Dorrego booed when Anfama AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Petrigai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Benat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guaberto Jakue in the 49th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Sidoro was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Anfama AFC's zone, Eustaquio Nerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Benat came out of the goal and Eustaquio Nerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Dorrego's Aristides Henry got control of the ball when Saul Sidoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Dorrego's Guaberto Jakue sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Benat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guaberto Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oscar Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Jakue in the 83rd minute of play forced Anfama AFC's goalkeeper Oscar Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes Anfama AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Constantino Domeka who took care of the corner kick. Enrique Buinton thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Oscar Benat, a very annoying self made goal in the 87th minute which led to 2-0. If Guaberto Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Mendiko might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Benat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Mendiko ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Anfama AFC's Patricio Garaona got a free kick in the 95th minute. Anfama AFC's Oscar Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Jakue in the 97th minute of play. Dorrego's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
