In the 21st minute, Lepá FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Teodosio Lertxun fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Vinicio Quirce took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcos Orzaize to make any attempt to save it. Marcos Orzaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Quirce in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Teodosio Lertxun notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Lepá FC's Marcos Orzaize. Marcos Orzaize was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Teodosio Lertxun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinicio Quirce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Orzaize having to interfere. Lepá FC's Marcos Orzaize proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Lepá FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Lepá FC's zone, Teodosio Lertxun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Orzaize came out of the goal and Teodosio Lertxun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 played minutes Lepá FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Isauro. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Americo Rico was the one to do the kick off. When Teodosio Lertxun came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Cazione FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Lertxun couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Cazione FC booed when Lepá FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Orzaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodosio Lertxun in the 58th minute of play. If Teodosio Lertxun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Txeru charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulgencio Txeru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 66 minutes, Vinicio Quirce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cazione FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Quirce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute Teodosio Lertxun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Orzaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cazione FC's Teodosio Lertxun in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Cazione FC's protests and gave Benedicto Eudoxio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cazione FC's Benedicto Eudoxio got a free kick in the 85th minute. Marcos Orzaize didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Lertxun went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Lepá FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Justino Nikola hit a great ball. If Vinicio Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cazione FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
