Tales Medeiros scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Igon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amboy FC's goalkeeper Fabian Igon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Apolo Rodriguez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabian Igon came out and tried to block the shot, but Apolo Rodriguez slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. The supporters of Club Sportivo Balnearia booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cayetano Perpinya blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Igon having to make a save. In the 38th minute, Amboy FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Henry Stock fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Olaf Dziurowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Hever in the 42nd minute of play. Guido Hever's late challenge caught a Club Sportivo Balnearia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Hever helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Hever. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henry Stock made a kick off. If Henry Stock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tales Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Cayetano Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Sportivo Balnearia's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Perpinya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Igon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute Astor Lizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Igon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Domingo Neron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 91 minutes, Guido Hever managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amboy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Hever was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Stock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Igon having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Sportivo Balnearia had played much better football throughout.
