The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Polvareda F.C's Damaso Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Elija in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Polvareda F.C getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ildefonso Domenec hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Alfonso Gutxi put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Damaso Bartolome. In the 13th match minute, Sp. Mecanica Destructora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Elija to maneuver through the defense. Sp. Mecanica Destructora's Osvaldo Fidele got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Polvareda F.C's Victorino Quintan got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 19th match minute, Polvareda F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Bazil to maneuver through the defense. Damaso Bartolome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Gutxi in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Gutxi in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Bartolome prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 25 played minutes, Sp. Mecanica Destructora's Horacio Laurin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damaso Bartolome came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sp. Mecanica Destructora reached it. Esteban Pierres kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When Edgard Enol got free in front of the goal in the 28th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Bernabe Gonsalvo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Alfonso Gutxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Bartolome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Fidele, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Enol in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernabe Gonsalvo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Enol in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernabe Gonsalvo saved Sp. Mecanica Destructora from getting behind. Damaso Bartolome made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Fidele in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Sp. Mecanica Destructora were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Sp. Mecanica Destructora's Bernabe Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Enol in the 52nd minute of play. The referee showed Tiburcio Elija the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiburcio Elija hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match, Alfonso Gutxi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Damaso Bartolome saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 62nd minute Alfonso Gutxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Bartolome saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Elija kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Edgard Enol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bernabe Gonsalvo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sp. Mecanica Destructora's Hector Valery got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Edgard Enol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Osvaldo Fidele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ambrosio Hermelando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
