Alfonso Gutxi struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Generoso Min didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sp. Mecanica Destructora. After having played for 30 minutes, Alfonso Gutxi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sp. Mecanica Destructora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Gutxi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alfonso Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Alfonso Gutxi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sp. Mecanica Destructora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Gutxi couldn't finish the play. After 37 played minutes BetoFunebrero got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Cordearo. Alfonso Gutxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Min having to interfere. Iker Pelayo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. With a little luck, BetoFunebrero's Generoso Min got control of the ball when Osvaldo Fidele tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernabe Gonsalvo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Montxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Montxo was the one to do the kick off. Camilo Lizar charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Lizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, BetoFunebrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Lizar to maneuver through the defense. Alfonso Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfonso Gutxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Generoso Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Tiburcio Elija managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sp. Mecanica Destructora's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Elija was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Min breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 72 minutes, Osvaldo Fidele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sp. Alfonso Gutxi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Generoso Min made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Gutxi in the 91st minute of play. Sp. Mecanica Destructora were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
