With his leg Hilario Dunixi managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when La peste blanca's Igor Laffitte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Celedonio Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hilario Dunixi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celedonio Tercero went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Reynaldo Maties struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Hilario Dunixi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La peste blanca. After 25 played minutes, La peste blanca's Angel Birila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hilario Dunixi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La peste blanca reached it. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erubiel Leheren was the one to do the kick off. Hilario Dunixi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Maties in the 95th minute of the match. La peste blanca's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
