The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Transporte Legui were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Aghidashi F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Calvino took the corner. Nicanor Senon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Miliano in the 12th minute of play. Nicanor Senon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Aghidashi F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Miliano came free, but Nicanor Senon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Argenis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Beltran in the 34th minute of the match. Nicanor Senon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Calvino in the 41st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Enzo Beltran kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Placido Argenis. That made the score 1-1 in the 46 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Beltran was the one to do the kick off. Santos Veremundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Nicanor Senon made a huge save. With a little luck, Aghidashi F.C.'s Nicanor Senon got control of the ball when Santos Veremundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Aghidashi F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Refugio came free, but Nicanor Senon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Santos Veremundo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Nicanor Senon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Anier Gomesano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Transporte Legui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aghidashi F.C. the free kick. In the 91st minute, Anier Gomesano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 94 in the game by Santos Veremundo from a close distance when the talented Nicanor Senon managed to make a qualified save. Aghidashi F.C.'s players were relieved. In the 96th minute, Enzo Beltran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Aghidashi F.C. lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
