Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Vargas in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albano Cilio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Erubiel Acevedo in the 24th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Vargas in the 26th minute of play forced Sierra de la Ventana's goalkeeper Albano Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Sanduru hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Agustin Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sierra de la Ventana's Albano Cilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Vargas in the 31st minute of play. Albano Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Mede during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Baltasar Mede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Raphael could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Dionisio Gonchan made a huge save. Epifanio Raphael might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionisio Gonchan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Raphael ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciro Goi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciro Goi made a kick off. Albano Cilio came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mesada's Erubiel Acevedo. But to his dismay, Erubiel Acevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Goi in the 60th minute of play forced Mesada's goalkeeper Dionisio Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Honorato Txatxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mesada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sierra de la Ventana the free kick. In the 74th minute, Honorato Txatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75thth minute of the game Ciro Goi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesada's Dionisio Gonchan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Raphael in the 83rd minute of play forced Mesada's goalkeeper Dionisio Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mesada played a much better game than Sierra de la Ventana and deserved their victory. The Sierra de la Ventana players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
