When Efrain Mano, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 3 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Thanasis Tapinos was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 5 minutes, Simon Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CORIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Gerazan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rene Valery kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Hitzeder in the 10th minute of play forced CORIA's goalkeeper Ruperto Beltza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerardo Hitzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ruperto Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 played minutes, El Terco F.C.'s Silvano Geleberto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruperto Beltza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Terco F.C. reached it. After 18 played minutes CORIA got a freekick which was hit by Benito Abalos. Eulalio Oso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eulalio Oso might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Beltza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eulalio Oso ran back to his position shaking his head. Denis Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Simon Gerazan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thanasis Tapinos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 47 played minutes CORIA got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Selmo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Gerardo Hitzeder made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Silvano Geleberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, CORIA's Simon Gerazan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanasis Tapinos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 60 minutes, Candido Ilixo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CORIA and the El Terco F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CORIA's Candido Ilixo got a free kick in the 61st minute. Denis Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as El Terco F.C.'s Gerardo Hitzeder slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruperto Beltza. That made the score 2-1 after 65 minutes of play. Thanasis Tapinos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Gerazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Simon Gerazan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denis Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, CORIA's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Hitzeder came free, but Ruperto Beltza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Abalos hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Denis Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gerardo Hitzeder came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the El Terco F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Hitzeder couldn't finish the play. Denis Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ruperto Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the El Terco F.C. players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
