Spectators: 7137 (Terracing: 5386, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vicente Vitin kicked off to start the match. Luis Odon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jonathan Aresti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Pasqual recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Gervasio Pasqual reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Aresti. The goal made the score 1-0. Arturo Pepillo's late challenge caught a Rosario Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Pepillo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Tolosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Pepillo to maneuver through the defense. When Gervasio Pasqual came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Tolosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervasio Pasqual couldn't finish the play. Luis Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Aresti having to interfere. In the 29th minute Vicente Vitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Qwinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's Amador Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaime Qwinton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vicente Vitin scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Qwinton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Odon couldn't finish the play. Vicente Vitin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Qwinton having to make a save. Higinio Taurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Qwinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Vitin in the 72nd minute of the match. Rosario Central's Amador Quiroga got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gervasio Pasqual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Aresti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervasio Pasqual, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Vicente Vitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Qwinton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vicente Vitin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 84th match minute, Tolosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Tartalo to maneuver through the defense. Tolosa's Jaime Qwinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Vitin in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Vicente Vitin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jaime Qwinton, passed just outside the right post. 94 minutes into the match, Amador Quiroga notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tolosa's Jaime Qwinton. Jaime Qwinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rosario Central eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
