Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilberto Iyan kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Chaparro's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Iyan came free, but Ciriaco Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciriaco Shepherd stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardino Eztebe's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After 7 minutes, Celedonio Grabiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chaparro and the Mataderos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ciriaco Shepherd had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Gaspar Petrigai's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mataderos F.C.! Rolando Urtzi had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Celedonio Grabiel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Adan Goito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Urtzi was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Iyan in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Shepherd saved Chaparro from getting behind. After some careless play in the Chaparro defense, Bernardino Eztebe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Shepherd. The Chaparro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Shepherd should have stopped the shot. Rolando Urtzi made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Epifanio Argenis sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Igon during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Mataderos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Maria to maneuver through the defense. Adan Goito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Rolando Urtzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adan Goito to strike the kick off in the second half. If Epifanio Argenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Adan Goito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Urtzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adan Goito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Epifanio Argenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Desiderio Maria fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mataderos F.C.'s protests and gave Desiderio Maria a yellow card for diving instead. Adan Goito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adan Goito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rolando Urtzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Argenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Urtzi having to interfere. Mataderos F.C.'s Gilberto Iyan got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Urtzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Goito, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Chaparro's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Iyan came free, but Ciriaco Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Eztebe didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 97th minute. Mataderos F.C.'s supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The Mataderos F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
