Spectators: 7170 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 100) Mataderos F.C.'s Gilberto Iyan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mataderos F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Placido Norino scored to the left of an out of position Rolando Urtzi, making the score, 1-0. Placido Norino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Cristo Lizer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berazategui's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Lizer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Urtzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardino Eztebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Prospero Presebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Presebal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Iyan's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Placido Norino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rolando Urtzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Lizer in the 27th minute of the match. Cristo Lizer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Urtzi having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Mataderos F.C.'s goalkeeper Rolando Urtzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Norino. Cristo Lizer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Rolando Urtzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mataderos F.C.'s Bernardino Eztebe got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mataderos F.C.'s Aldo Igon got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Placido Norino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Mataderos F.C.'s Gilberto Iyan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Presebal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Bernardino Eztebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

59 minutes into the game, Lino Obeko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berazategui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mataderos F.C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, Berazategui's Lino Obeko got a free kick in the 60th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Mataderos F.C.'s Gaspar Petrigai tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Rene Kelemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Mataderos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Placido Norino came free, but Rolando Urtzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Norino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rolando Urtzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Placido Norino charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Norino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Berazategui's Placido Norino got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Gaspar Petrigai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Presebal skillfully saved the ball. Mataderos F.C.'s Rolando Urtzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Norino in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Norino in the 88th minute of play forced Mataderos F.C.'s goalkeeper Rolando Urtzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Cristo Lizer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berazategui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Lizer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mataderos F.C.'s zone, Cristo Lizer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Urtzi came out of the goal and Cristo Lizer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Berazategui's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
