Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristo Lizer got the match started through his kick off. Omar Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Prospero Presebal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Hanot came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Berazategui's Cristo Lizer. But to his dismay, Cristo Lizer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Gonzalo Ibon came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Deportivo San Mario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Ibon couldn't finish the play. Rene Kelemen kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Cristo Lizer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berazategui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Cristo Lizer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prospero Presebal acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Leonides Gonza. In the 42nd minute Omar Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Presebal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Deportivo San Mario's Prospero Presebal threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Omar Torres, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rodrigo Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Sandalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Torres made a kick off. Rene Kelemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lino Obeko's late challenge caught a Deportivo San Mario's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Obeko helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Berazategui getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Lino Obeko hit a great ball. Prospero Presebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Ibon in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Gonzalo Ibon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo San Mario fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Berazategui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo San Mario the free kick. Rene Kelemen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Gonzalo Ibon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Presebal having to interfere. Omar Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Presebal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Ibon in the 96th minute of play forced Berazategui's goalkeeper Prospero Presebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
